We all know the old real estate adage, ‘location, location, location.’ But to Andy, Real Estate is all about people. From 15 to 28 years old he worked in the hospitality industry, and absolutely loved it. The experience of the guest was paramount, and discovering the best way to serve them was the core of his business. While at Ole Miss, Andy spent some time building houses with a local luxury contractor, and he co-founded the Ole Miss Chapter of Habitat for Humanity – bringing people and homes together.
As a Real Estate Advisor, Andy firmly believes in continuing education. He often reminds us, “The more we know and understand, the better we can advise our clients.” Andy has obtained a long list of Designations and Certifications with the sole purpose of simply being better. “It’s our job to present the whole package so our clients can make the appropriate decisions.” With Andy, clients feel empowered to make sound decisions through quality conversation with his Nashville on the Move Team, his trusted lenders, title companies, and any other vendors procured. The systems Andy and his Team have created ensure his clients have a seamless process from their first engagement to well beyond them signing on the dotted line.
Andy spends time teaching classes at Keller Williams®, training new Agents on his Team, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank, and more. He is also active on the Agent Leadership Council with KW®, helping to navigate the direction and future of Keller Williams® Nashville Music City Market Center.
Andy is ranked in the Top 1% of the over 19,000 Real Estate Agents in Middle Tennessee! He was recently featured in the February 2021 Issue of Nashville Real Producers Magazine, and was a Featured Agent and Host on “Selling Nashville,” The American Dream TV Show (2021-22)! Read more about his Awards & Designations here. “But enough about me,” he would say. “I want to know about you!”
Whether a first time home buyer or an experienced emptor, Andy relishes the chance to help his clients, both new and returning, see their dreams become reality. After all, buying a house is a great investment! It’s an investment in joy, shelter, laughter, memories, family, and community. Making a decision that big requires trust in the person guiding the process. Selling this great investment requires a confident understanding of the Market and parties involved, to yield the greatest returns.
When he’s not working, you can find Andy breaking a sweat in a gym with his buddies, reading a good book, engaging in his own investment properties, or exploring the outdoors with his wife and three boys.
