On our website, you can search properties in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg, TN! If you're looking for a second home or investment property, these are amazing areas to search. The highest return we have seen is in Gatlinburg in a Short-Term Rental Cabin, and this is the best ROl we have seen in the last few years - as most of these make 10% to 12% every year. This is what we would recommend the most right now for investing for a number of reasons. The sweet spot for these cabins are ones with 4-5 bedrooms. The 4 bedroom cabins are grossing about $80K-100K in Rental revenue, while some of the 5 bedrooms we've seen gross between $100K-150K.

Santa Rosa Beach, Rosemary Beach, and homes across Highway 30A are just a few of the areas in the Florida Panhandle where we've seen clients (and our own Team members) have great success with investing in (for Short -Term rentals, and for second homes). We like to see Gross Annual Rental Income to be 8-10% of the Purchase Price at the Beach, and this has been an achievable and productive goal with the properties available in these areas.
